- Monitoring and managing the companyโs credit control processes
- Making follow ups with clients on monthly obligations.
- Chasing overdue invoices and payments to ensure timely collection
- Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers
- Providing regular reports on the status of outstanding debts
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar financial role
- โ CIMA, ACCA, Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- โ Grade 12 Certificate
- โ Certified in Accounting with Relevant Bodies
- 2 to 3 Experience as a Credit Controller.
- Knowledge of credit control principles and practices
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office
