Develop high-level business cases aligned with VBCA for the top contributing projects and programs.

Prepare detailed business cases for key growth projects.

Track progress and report on key projects monthly for the purpose of post-implementation reports and comprehensive post-implementation reviews.

Support the management of the Capex Prioritization Tool, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and aligning final budgets based on committee feedback.

Monitor adherence to Capex guidelines and policies (early capex and roll-forward guidelines; savings and reallocation guidelines; additional capex policies).

Review and evaluate trends in telecom technology markets and drive the allocation of scarce capital resources to viable projects.

Monitor CapEx performance against targets and KPIs, facilitating quarterly reviews and approvals.

Develop and manage a process that drives information dissemination with finance and apex teams.

Ensure deadlines for the submission of reports are met.

Ensure data is received in a timely manner from all stakeholders.

Ensure all data is validated for accuracy.

First degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Fluent in English

ICAN, ACCA or related discipline

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance-related area of specialization;

Experience working in a medium organization.

Experience in capital allocation, financial planning and analysis.
