Under the direction of the Department Manager:

• Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates the operations of the general accounts division.
• Oversees the general accounting functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting.
• Prepares reports for the company leadership, and develops standards and processes for proper financial management.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Manages, organizes and coordinates the daily operations including but not limited to accounts payables and receivables, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll
• accounts, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, and reconciliations.
  Collaborates with various internal and external units in the execution of the financial functions.
• Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produces quarterly and annual financial reports and delivers to the appropriate authority.
• Handles the company’s financial transactions and debts and prepares cash flow forecasts.
• Establishes and maintains fiscal files and records to document transactions.
• Maintains relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure that all financial needs are met.

Job Requirements

Education BA in Accounting

Experience: 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and have passed through senior accounting position in business organizations.

Skills: Computer skills with proficiency in the use of financial software.
