- Identify new opportunities and generate revenue in a defined territory.
- Develop net new accounts and implement plans for growth in existing customer accounts.
- Provide continuous verbal and written updates on forecast, opportunity and territory plans
- Work with Pre-Sales technical resources to gain complete understanding of customer needs and customize the appropriate solution.
- Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address these needs.
- Present the value proposition to all levels within an organization
- Qualify a high volume of prospects in and out of the pipeline
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of relevant sales/ business development experience preferably in software sales
- Demonstrated ability to present effectively and to sell to a technical solution
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, organization and teamwork
- Desire to work from a central location with emphasis on selling over the phone
