- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Register, manage and quantify stocks and stock movements
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
- Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
- Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes

- Prepare a standard format, template and work instructions in regards to finance and planning
- Prepare annual and monthly budget of the company in collaboration with department head and get approval from the top management
- Prepares/ updates cash flow forecast for the financial year based on regular basis
- Monthly and annual Tax declaration: VAT, Withholding, labor tax, Pension, income tax and report
Admin assistant Job description:
- Using Microsoft word, Excel or other office document software, performs all typing and secretarial duties including but not limited to answering phones, preparing meeting minutes, arranging and compiling files ( both hard and soft copy), and other office procedures
- Responsible for the recording of daily accounting ledger in assisting the accountant.
- Responsible for arrangement of office furniture and computers
- Responsible for the proper use of office stationeries and controlling all office materials
- Responsible for preparing purchase orders
- Responsible for controlling office cleaning
- Responsible for the preparation and compilation of Tender documents in coordination with architects and engineers
- Assist the accountant in preparation of payroll and other expense documents.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and minimum of 3 (three) years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Accounting or finance and 1 (one) year of experience.
