• Ensure accurate record of shipments picked up by Riders.
• Ensure that the SOPs are adhered to on a daily basis.
• Complete daily call over- inventory, dash board update & packages sent out for delivery.
• Establishing objectives for increased output and improved efficiency.
• Liaise with Partners to create a good working relationship to be able to strike good negotiations for transportation of goods, and to prevent hiccups that may arise on the job.
• Ensure proper zoning of shipments assigned to Riders.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Provision of accurate information needed by Customer Service team or Partners on shipments.
• Ensure daily call over with is done to ascertain that all items dispatched for deliveries were actually delivered and updated on the dashboard.

Skills and Requirements

• Must have a Degree in Business Admin, Operations Management or any related field.
• 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office tools.
• Proven work experience as an Operations Manager.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must possess leadership abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
