Key Responsibilities

• Set up, review, and enhance financial policies and procedures.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting.
• Perform monthly bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve accounting systems.
• Produce financial reports and investigate discrepancies.
• Supervise accounts staff.
• Assist with budget preparation, reviews, and audits.
• Handle financial transactions, including payments and invoicing.
• Manage tax and statutory payments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, ACCA accreditation, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years’ senior financial experience in financial services or technology.
• Good understanding of the Fintech industry.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• ZICA membership in good standing.
