Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets. Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide key stakeholders with clear and actionable insights. Collaborate with business users to identify reporting requirements and ensure the delivery of relevant and timely information.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with various departments to understand their data and reporting needs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models that support effective BI solutions.
• Data Modeling: Create and maintain data models that support reporting and analytical needs. Develop an understanding of the organization’s data sources, data relationships, and data flow to optimize data retrieval and analysis processes.
• Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the performance of BI solutions. Implement best practices for data querying, indexing, and caching to ensure efficient data retrieval and quick response times.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to identify patterns and anomalies. Provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of historical and current data.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and data engineers, to ensure alignment on data definitions, data quality, and reporting requirements.
• Data Governance: Uphold data governance and data quality standards by implementing processes to validate, clean, and maintain accurate data. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to business intelligence and data analytics. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the BI infrastructure and contribute to the overall improvement of data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a BI Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of database technologies and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling is advantageous.
