Our team is at the heart of our success, and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Finance Officer to join our Finance and Operations team.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Finance and Operations Analyst at Temple, you would be expected to assist the finance and operations team and play a critical role in driving financial performance and operational excellence within Temple. You will be responsible for providing support to enhance finance and operation needs of Temple.

  • Keep financial data and records.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping.
  • Conduct all bank reconciliations
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Assist with preparing financial reports
  • Assist with financial and budget reports
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A part qualification of a professional certification (e.g., ICA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an audit firm.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.

Skills

  • Proficiency in the use of an accounting software, such as QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative team player
