A Proctor assists a test taker in getting them into their exams. Maintain Academic Integrity during the proctoring process and complete multiple proctoring tasks at the same time without sacrificing customer service or efficiency.
A proctor demonstrates basic troubleshooting skills before transferring a test taker to a technician to maintain continuity of service.
Must be fluent in English and German.
Must be flexible as our schedule is subject to change constantly 24/7.
Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding problem solving and organizational abilities.
Must have ZDB2 or ZDFB or any related certification approved by an accredited German institutions in Ghana.
