As an Accountant, the position holder will oversee our financial operations, handling accounts receivable and payable, updating records, and analyzing financial statements. The Account also ensures compliance with international standards, prepare budgets, and generate reports for management. Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
- Updating financial records via accounting software
- Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
- Preparing quarterly budget under the purview of senior management
- Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets
- Maintain IMS requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 ; throughout his/her activities to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to customers.
- Regularly develop a report for the Deputy General Manager and ensure their approval.
- Always adhere to the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all quality, health, safety, and environmental and other regulatory requirements
- Perform any other duties assigned by Finance Manager

Education and Experience:
