Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans andtimeline.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality and adherence to project plans.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
  • Utilize software tools for design, analysis, and project management.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and the public.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of compliance and safety inspections.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in construction engineering or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and project management software.
  • Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.z
  • Ability to anticipate and solve construction-related issues efficiently.

Attention to Detail:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in project planning and execution.
  • Ability to conduct thorough inspections and ensure quality control.
