Empower and protect financial consumers through implementation of financial literacy and awareness campaigns aimed at enhancing their understanding of consumer rights and responsibilities as well as understanding basic information of financial products and services.
Main Accountabilities
- Design, develop and implement financial literacy programmes for targeted groups.
- Contribute in development of financial education policies, strategies and action plans.
- Conduct impact evaluation of consumer awareness and financial literacy programmes.
- Liaise with financial sector regulators and other bodies on matters relating to Consumer Protection and Market Conduct (CPMC) education.
- Provide inputs to reports on financial literacy and consumer education.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, Economics or equivalent.
- Grade 12 School Certificate with five (5) ‘O’ Levels (credit or better).
- 3 years’ relevant experience
