- Lead the development and management of financial products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and IT, to develop and launch products.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including business cases, roadmaps, and specifications.
Requirements
- A minimum of First Degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable University.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services sector (strictly Microfinance Banks), with at least 4 years in a senior level role in a structured organization.
