• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the bank’s strategic goals and objectives.
• Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and coordinate audits and regulatory examinations.

Requirements

• A minimum of First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable University. ICAN Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services sector (strictly Microfinance Banks), with at least 6 years in a senior level role in a structured organization.
