The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and construction, ensuring strategy, commitment, and goals are maintained.

The incumbent will be committed to assuring project quality, meeting approved budgets and scheduled deadlines and overseeing quality control throughout project cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering as required.

5+ years related experience in construction.

Experience in Construction Management, Project Management; Commercial,

Residential Multifamily developments.

Track record of proven techniques and practices of project construction supervision over various pects of design and construction phases for relevant projects.
