Requirements

Qualifications :

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Cooperative Accounting, or related fields.

Relevant Work Experience :

Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders and 8 years for Master’s degree holders.

Of this experience, at least two years should have been in a managerial position.

Additional Requirements :Candidates must have prior experience working as a manager in a savings and loan cooperative or microfinance institution.
