Elaborate and supervise the implementation of the urban traffic planning and management plan in collaboration with stakeholders;
– In collaboration with the inspection unit, inspect urban traffic on a regular basis and work hand in hand with the concerned authorities to provide alternative solutions;
– Inspect the status of traffic lights across the City of Kigali, identify needs, carry out a financial implication analysis in this regard and accordingly advise the institution;

– Produce periodical reports on matters pertaining to urban traffic management;
– Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
