The Customer Service Support will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide support, process orders, manage inquiries and address customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing pricing and delivery information
- Setting up and managing new customer accounts
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
- Organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum of WASSCE Certificate or equivalent
- Proven ability to read, write and speak English audibly and clearly.
- Must reside near or around Osu and its immediate environs.
