• Perform daily functions including Receive, process, and verify invoices (Corporate) and review of branches payables and ensure timely payment
• Review and schedule payments to vendors
• Reconcile accounts payable and Maintain accurate records of transactions
• Manage vendor relationships (resolve disputes and ensure timely payments)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist with audits and inspections
• Provide support to other Company personnel on need basis
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in accounting/Finance or related field
• An excellent written and oral command in Kiswahili and English
• Knowledge of general accounting principals
• Proficient in relevant computer software
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• 2+ years in Finance/Accounting or related field experience
