Job description

On behalf of our client in the Business Brokerage sector we are seeking a talented Finance professional  with an exceptional understanding of financial documents, charts, and an eye for highlighting key insights. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in analyzing financial data and interpreting it.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating Confidential Information Memorandums(CIMS) for clients.

Prepare, document, and present transformed data to provide insight and actionable information for decision-makers in a timely way. Work to continually improve these processes and adapt to changes in the operating environment and needs.

Understand analytical systems and make recommendations as necessary for changes

Develop, prepare, review, and distribute regular financial analysis, including context and narrative on variances and trends

Keep abreast of trends related to financial management and adapt new developments into planning, control, and analytical processes.

When assigned, assume responsibility for special projects involving research, planning, and recommending changes.

Assume responsibility for the project establishing timetables and activity plans, and coordination with the team.

Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Report Management.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Analytical field preferred.

  • 2-3 years of Financial analyst experience required.

  • CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) preferred.

  • Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – with a high proficiency in Excel essential.

  • Fluent in English, with exceptional written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in the Pacific Time.

  • Bonus: Experience in Marketing
