Responsible for achieving the defined financial targets for the Cluster’s Retail and SME segments through effective management of branches and teams, while delivering exceptional client service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Central Operations Unit to ensure branches operate smoothly and efficiently, adhering to both financial institution regulations and the Bank of Tanzania’s guidelines, as well as Exim Bank’s internal policies and procedures.
