Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end management of Mixx by Yas Insurance products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Strengthen relationships with insurance business partners by offering expert guidance and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve insurance business targets and expand market penetration.
- Design and execute educational and marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) to drive awareness and usage of insurance products.
- Monitor partner performance to ensure operational and commercial goals are met.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve investment business targets.
- Provide financial products and services for various investment types, including Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Property, Money Market Funds, and Retirement Plans.
- Responsible for the scoping, design, implementation, and commercial initiatives for insurance products.
- Manage the penetration and usage of all partner products through marketing strategies (ATL & BTL), as well as educational campaigns & strategies.

- Experience in Mobile & Digital Payments is an added advantage.
