” That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. ”

Have you ever looked for someone in some high office to help you get your things moving only to find no one you know or to find one but still receive no help? For many , it’s like there isn’t even a single person we know who is in some high position so as to call to him for help. John, however, talks of his friendship with no human personalities but rather God the Father and his son Jesus Christ. Whereas others boast of their connections with minister so and so or Doctor so and so, John spoke of his connection with God. How can i be a failure when i fellowship with God?
In 1 Cor 3:21, Apostle Paul said, ” Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; ” God doesn’t want you to depend on human connections. He wants you to depend on your connection with him. He wants you to walk into any office confident knowing that the guy in the highest office is your father and he is always for your favor. Yes, you may not know any human personalities to help you, but get to know the Holy Ghost whom Jesus said is your helper. Refuse to struggle alone, there is one at the top to help you and he wants you to trust him, before you send your CV, call him and have a meeting with him, talk to your Father in the highest office to organise circumstances for your favour. Daniel 1:9 says ” Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs. ” You dont have to bribe people to make it, the LORD brings you into favour that promotes you.
Dont say , ” There is no one to help me” , No ,declare ; ” The LORD is my helper, the LORD is the lifter of my head ,the LORD is the strength of my life. ” This is the time to learn to depend on God, whereas you may know people in high offices, choose to depend on God because indeed the help of man will fail in these last days. ” Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusted in the LORD and whose hope the LORD is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.
