•Ensuring that tools/equipment used for carpentry are kept in appropriate places after operations.

•Carrying out planned maintenance on Mopani infrastructure.

•Observing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures during work.

Interpreting engineering drawings, able to work with various woodworking machines with minimum supervision.

•Using ladders and scaffolds safely to perform tasks above ground level.

•Grade 12 Certificate.

•Craft Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery.

•Technician Certificate in Carpenter will be an added advantage.

•All academic and professional qualifications should be verified and certified by Zambia Qualifications Authority.

• Member of Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).

•Holder of a valid First Aid Certificate will be an added advantage.

•Must be physically fit and with necessary dexterity to work with tools and equipment.

•Good oral & written Communication Skills.
