Job Purpose
The Direct Sales Representative (DSR) is responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s products and services directly to customers. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets through field marketing, referrals, and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell the bank’s products, such as opening of accounts.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Conduct field marketing and door-to-door sales (opening of bank accounts & other products to customers) within assigned territories.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and terms, ensuring proper understanding before sign-up.
• Collect and verify all required customer documents as per KYC and bank policy.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights to the supervisor.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional campaigns organized by the bank.
• Uphold the bank’s image, brand values, and compliance standards in all interactions.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Education: Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Banking, or a related field.
Experience: No major experience required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Working Conditions
