The Administration & Finance Officer/Accountant is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementation and timely reporting of financial utilization, human and material resource management and coordinates and support subordinate finance staffs in satellite cities.
Qualifications/Skills
Education: BA/Diploma (10+3) in Accounting, financial management and in other related fields
Experience: 2/4 years of relevant work experience for BA/Diploma respectively, preferable in an NGO environment.
Competency Requirements:
- Well organized and ability to act in a professional and ethical manner,
- Good skills in the use of computers and Peachtree accounting software;
- Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality, sensitivity to diversity, transparent and participatory management.
