Wezesha Impact is hiring an Administrative Assistant Volunteer to play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of Wezesha Impact’s Lira office. Your contributions will ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks, facilitating the organization’s mission to improve the employment outcomes of youth in Uganda.Location: Lira, Uganda

We focus on two key areas:

Skilling and preparing youth for entrepreneurship and work readiness.

Supporting youth-led enterprises to start, survive, and thrive, and helping youth secure employment.
We work with both female and male youth, between the ages of 15 to 30 years that are navigating the transition into productive and fulfilling work. We aim to improve employment outcomes of youth enrolled in vocational institutions and vulnerable, unemployed youth across communities.

Monthly Stipend:
A monthly stipend will be provided to cover:
o Transportation: Daily commute to and from the office.
o Meals: Lunch and refreshments during office hours.
o Communication: Mobile airtime and internet data for work-related purposes. -
Training and Capacity Building:
o Onboarding Orientation: Introduction to Wezesha Impact’s mission, values, and operational procedures.
o Skill Development Workshops: Access to internal training sessions aimed at enhancing administrative and professional skills.
o Mentorship: Guidance and support from experienced staff to foster personal and professional growth.
