We are looking for an AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our distributed team of creative professionals. Your technical skill, passion for programming, and ability to navigate both front-end and back-end technologies will greatly enhance our team’s ability to deliver innovative solutions. YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

•  Algorithm Development:
  – Design and implement machine learning algorithms for various applications, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  – Research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to incorporate cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.
• Model Training and Evaluation:
  – Develop and train machine learning models using large datasets.
  – Evaluate model performance and iterate on models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and generalization.
• Data Processing and Feature Engineering:
  – Work with large datasets to preprocess and engineer features for machine learning models.
  – Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data for training and testing purposes.
• Integration and Deployment:
  – Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
  – Deploy and maintain AI solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
  – Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Research and Innovation:
  – Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and contribute to the company’s innovation by proposing and implementing novel solutions.

IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI technology.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.

• Knowledge of distributed computing and cloud platforms.
