Key Responsibilities

• Mentor junior audit staff and foster a collaborative team environment
• Lead audit engagements and supervise team members
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and non-financial data
• Assist in developing effective audit strategies, considering both industry best practices and client-specific needs
• Identify deficiencies in clients control environments and business processes and provide pragmatic recommendation
• Assist in developing effective audit strategies, considering both industry best practices and client-specific needs
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of audit and IFRS standards and respective regulatory requirements

Qualification Required & Experience

An applicant must have the following qualifications

• A First Degree from a recognised unversity
• Must be a member of recognised professional bodies such as:
o Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG)
o Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
• Must have obtained not less than 3 years of post-qualification experience in audit
