Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining relationships with Bank and Employers.
• Work closely with the HOD and other team members to create ways of bringing revenue and success as a group.
• Be in touch with what our competitors are doing.
• Providing process support to all departments
• Be super critical of issues that negatively affect clients and push to resolve them.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent professional qualifications
• Banking experience an advantage but not required
• Ability to think outside the box when the norm is not acceptable
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Have some tech knowledge of the market
