Key accountabilities
- Develop machine learning and AI solutions for integration with business processes and systems
- Deploy solutions into production on cloud platforms (Databricks\AWS)
- Focus on increasing personalization, optimizing cross-sell strategies, and improving customer retention using advanced data science techniques.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to develop AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences, automate decision-making, and improve operational efficiencies.
- Explore Generative AI applications to create hyper-personalized content, automate insights generation, and enhance customer interactions.
- Build AI models to enhance customer targeting, personalization, and engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Leverage predictive analytics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, improve customer lifecycle value, and develop strategies to reduce churn.
- Implement AI-driven automation, recommendation engines, and process optimization techniques to streamline marketing and customer engagement workflows.
- Develop Generative AI models to create personalized customer interactions, automated reporting, and marketing content at scale.
- Explore LLM-powered chatbots, text summarization, and campaign content generation for enhanced efficiency.
- Apply advanced analytics to improve campaign targeting, performance tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Design controlled experiments to optimize marketing effectiveness and validate AI-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion Models) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong knowledge of Databricks, PySpark, and cloud-based AI/ML services (Databricks\AWS).
- Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, retention modeling, and cross-sell/upsell analytics.
- Experience applying AI/ML in campaign performance tracking, personalization, and automation.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage non-technical stakeholders.
