Responsibilities:
- Provide technical sales support (e.g., product presentations, architecture reviews, and RFP responses) to the Sales team.
- Act as a technical resource for the Sales and Marketing departments for communicating highly technical information in a clear, concise format that users can easily understand.
- Interface with internal Product Development personnel to communicate market needs and customer satisfaction and issues.
- Participate as a key contributor to Company and product direction and future opportunities.
- Review and compare competing products on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Fluent in German and English
- Extensive skills and experience in application development with RAD Studio.
- 4+ years of sales consulting or customer-facing service delivery experience.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and principles.
- Experience with RAD Studio VCL / FMX frameworks.
- The ability to work well in groups and interact with people from all disciplines.
- Organised, hardworking, dedicated person, committed to results.
- Desire to learn and work as part of a global team.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for work commitments.

- Delphi Certified Developer
- Experience of C++Builder
- Experience of developing as part of a software development team.
- Experience of database development and knowledge of SQL. (especially with SQLServer, InterBase or Firebird)
- Experience with the Windows and/or UNIX operating systems.
- Experience of single source mobile application development.
- Experience with Cloud computing on Azure / AWS
- Exposure to other languages such as C++, C#, Python, JavaScript
- Experience of using other IDE’s (such as Visual Studio, Xcode, Android Studio)
