To analyze and interpret data from ERP systems to help businesses make better decisions about how they operate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders, and assist in developing project plans and timelines to achieve successful implementation,
• Guide internal and external resources through ERP implementation phases, evaluation, troubleshooting and optimization,
• Interface with ERP vendor and ensure quality (performance, cost, and timeliness) of services delivered,
• Identif improvements in business operation workflow and ensure proper implementation in ERP and other business applications,
• Train and coach end-users,
• Supporting a company’s data security policies by ensuring that access is only given to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis.
• Providing support for day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues with existing systems or developing new systems as needed to support new business requirements,
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  BSc or MSc in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Computer Application , Database Administration , Information System or Information science , Information data Science and Analytics or ICT Service Management or Cloud Computing or related field of studies
