- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Payroll and all statutory obligations end-to-end.
- In addition, you will build provide strong leadership to teams within your jurisdiction and build solid relationships with the company’s leadership to provide the required support to our people.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle payroll to match the company’s growth and expansion goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees (or equivalent experience) in Business, Human Resources, or related areas
- 7+ years’ of experience working in Human Resources
- HR Certification is desirable (CIPM, PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM, CIPD, etc)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
