Provide Commercial Business Unit (CBU) & Telecel Cash with financial value-added analysis and guidance, with the sole aim of driving the unit towards overall business objectives. The role works as a business partner analyst to CBU/Telecel Cash unit and report to the FDS Business Partner.

Key responsibility includes capex and operational investment appraisal, complex financial modelling for forecasting and planning, operational cost control activities, business case development, budgeting, and sales performance reporting and analytics

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Support with Telecel Cash business performance reporting across all product lines and segments providing insight on trends and necessary corrective actions.
• Support with templates for tracking metrics periodically (daily, weekly, and monthly) and report revenue performance by product and segments vs. expectations.
• Track and report all KPI performance; identify possible interventions where necessary and ensure alignment of all reporting.
• Support in designing and implementing rules for quality acquisition and conversion to revenue; monitor process and update accordingly.
• Support in the adherence to defined commission structure.
• Manage Telecel Cash OPEX by ensuring spends are properly planned, executed and booked.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

Experience in a fast-moving technology or telecoms business with an in-depth knowledge of Mass consumer will be an advantage.

Ability to identify trends and correlations between numbers and data set.

Commercial acumen is critical.

Highly organized and ability to prioritize.

Effective stakeholder management without compromising firmness.
