QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus on general
ledger or financial reporting.
Certification: CPA T, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting certification preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle) and
MS Excel.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Tanzanian financial regulations and International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work
independently as well as in a team environment.
