Key Responsibilities :

Advisory Services : Lead the advisory team in providing strategic financial advice to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and other corporate finance transactions.

Capital Markets: Oversee capital market activities, including initial public offerings (IPOs), debt issuances, and secondary market transactions.

Client Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.

Team Leadership : Mentor, inspire, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients.

Transaction Execution : Manage the end-to-end execution of financial transactions, from deal origination to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Market Analysis : Stay updated on Ghana’s financial markets, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform investment strategies and client recommendations.

Risk Management : Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate transaction-related risks and ensure the protection of client interests.

Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the firm’s advisory and capital market activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on advisory services and capital markets.

Strong knowledge of Ghana’s financial markets, regulations, and industry dynamics

Proven track record of successfully executing complex financial transactions.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive investment banking environment.
