Major Responsibilities
Guarantee the proper management of the mission’s human resources in compliance with ALIMA’s administrative management framework and local legislation. To this end, be the ALIMA representative with the administrative authorities (Labour Inspectorate, Lawyer, Social Security, Taxes, etc.).
Define, adapt, plan and supervise the implementation of the mission’s human resources policies, ensuring that they are in line with the context, local legislation and operational issues.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the objectives of the mission, in particular concerning the aspects related to the sizing of the teams, the profile and the required HR capacity, the strengthening of the skills of the staff in order to effectively achieve the objectives of the mission taking into account the HR vision and values of ALIMA.
Be the focal point and adviser for legal issues and those related to HR management with the managers of the mission.
Experiences and skills
Training:
University education in law, administration, human resources management or in the field of international solidarity.
Experiences:
Prior experience in humanitarian work in field positions (minimum two experiences as project admin manager) or proven experience as an HR professional
Previous experience in the positions of HR Manager, Finance and Human Resources Coordinator or Coordinator and/or Human Resources Coordinator
Previous experience in team management
Experience strongly desired in emergency and degraded security contexts
Previous experience in multicultural teams
Fluency in French is essential
