Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Professional certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional, Cloud Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 27001

Lead Implementer are added advantage Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ICT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in a f inancial institution or regulated sector. Strong understanding of data center operations, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL).s
