Duties and Responsibilities

• Raising and processing invoices using our ERP system.
• Assisting in the opening of new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
• Managing customer credit control, including monitoring overdue accounts and following up on outstanding payments.
• Scanning and storing invoices electronically for efficient record-keeping.
• Monitoring and advising on stock levels using the ERP system.
• Communicating effectively with the production and dispatch teams regarding stock requirements and availability.
• Booking  customer orders and ensuring  they are dispatched on a first-in, first-served basis
• Assisting in tracking and reconciling orders to maintain accurate records.
• Participating in periodic stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assisting in reconciling any discrepancies found during stock takes.
• Filing of accounting documents and other important documents of the company.
• Assisting in any other administrative functions of the office as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
• CPA Level 2 or 3
• 2 years previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Proficiency in using ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
