Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of data annotators, ensuring high standards of data quality and efficiency.
• Develop and oversee MLOps practices, including automation of ML pipelines, model versioning, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML projects with business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards in all ML practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of NLP and experience with transformer models such as BERT, GPT.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security practices, and techniques for bias mitigation in AI models.
