Key responsibilities
Driving Duties:
Safely transport authorized personnel and project related items to and from specified locations
Ensure vehicle is maintained and in good working condition, including regular cleaning and servicing
Adhere to all country and local driving regulations including traffic laws
Adhere to all SIGRA and Cowater organizational policies regarding vehicle use
Maintain accurate vehicle logs
Report any incidents and accidents promptly
Undertake any other relevant tasks as directed by Supervisor (RDO and ALO)
Administrative Duties:
Assist with office administrative tasks such as photocopying, delivery of letters and correspondence
Assist in the organization of workshops, training and meeting setup including supporting with arranging refreshments, preparing meeting rooms, taking participant information and related minor workshop tasks
Support procurement by collecting and delivering documents, quotations and receipts
Undertake any other relevant tasks as directed by Supervisor (RDO and ALO)
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Good communication including ability to speak good English
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Basic computer skills (particularly MS Office) are an asset
Residence in Tamale or Ho
Flexibility for after-hours work as needed
