PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
• A minimum of an Honor’s Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational or Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Development Studies (Human Resource management option), Social Work and Social Administration, Public Administration and Management (Human Resource management option), Business Administration (Human Resource management option), Social Sciences with a focus in human resource management.
• Should have proven ability to transfer skills and knowledge to others through formal training and technical support
• Demonstrated Computer Literacy and Presentation skills.
• Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. f) Should possess the context of new developments in large a organization.
