Job description

To provide technical and operational support for the efficient and effective performance to the programme functions of the Agency.

2.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises the collation of data for the formulation of policies.
• Supervises the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programmes and activities of the Unit.
• Supervises the development, implementation and review of corporate policies, procedures, regulations and protocols.
• Supervises the design and implementation of programmes in response to emerging issues.
• Supervises the development and implementation of programme proposals of the Agency.
• Supervises the preparation of the annual work plan and budget of the Unit.
• Supervises the preparation of the annual and other periodic reports of the Unit.
• Supervises and appraises the performances of subordinate staff.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Statistics, Project Management or any related discipline from a recognized university or institution.
• A minimum of six (6) years post-bachelor’s degree relevant work experience in a reputable organization.
