Requirements
- Minimum 5 O levels credits including mathematics & English.
- Diploma in secretarial Training
- Diploma in a Business-related field will be added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written/verbal.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office Packages, Office Equipment and Application.
Main Duties will include;
- Welcoming all clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Responding to customer queries both telephone inbound/outbound and Walk-ins
- Ensure the reception area is clean and Tidy.
- Ensure all marketing materials at the reception area are always tidily placed.

- Ensure the image of the branch is always impeccable.
- Handling of petty cash.
- Bank and Petty cash reconciliations.
- Preparation of Bank transactions involving Daily Banking.
