The USAID Improved Access to Safe Drinking Water in Liberia Activity (the Activity), implemented by Winrock International and its partners WaterAid and FEI Consulting, is pleased to invite interested organizations to submit pre-qualification documents to provide Construction Management Services (the Service). Qualified Construction and Engineering firms will be shortlisted to bid on construction of small to medium towns water supply system for the communities in rural Montserrado (Sarah Johnson Quarter – Gate 15) and Margibi Counties (Yarnwuellie, Baypolu and Dolo’s Town) following all applicable standards and professional best practices.

In sending email requests, interested firms are required to indicate the name of their firm, contact information including but not limited to the name of the contact person, email address, and telephone number. This part of the RFPQ provides additional information that will allow bidders to understand the nature of the scope and submit their pre-qualification documents in the appropriate format (SF330 and its extra sections).
