– Make regular inventory and updates on the status of roads/highway and bridges in the City of Kigali;
– Supervise all works of construction, redevelopment, rehabilitation and maintenance of roads/highway and bridges falling under the responsibility of the City of Kigali and produce periodical reports thereof;
– Provide technical support to concerned staff at the district responsible for road construction and maintenance;

– Identify and recommend priority intervention plans for roads/highway and bridges construction and maintenance across the City of Kigali;
– Carry out or review pre-feasibility, feasibility plans of roads/highway and bridges construction and maintenance across the City of Kigali;
– Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
