  • The Senior Agile Project Manager (Health Technology) at eMedic Technologies Inc plays a pivotal role in steering the direction of our health technology solutions.
  • This position requires an individual who is proficient in Agile methodologies and is passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions in the healthcare sector, ensuring optimal integration of our platform’s functionalities and addressing the unique challenges of the health tech domain.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the Agile project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset across the teams.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring clear communication.
  • Ensure that the project aligns with the overarching vision of eMedic Health Technologies Ltd.
  • Address bottlenecks and provide solutions to enhance team productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align project goals and ensure resource availability.
  • Continuously update stakeholders with project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile best practices within the organization.
  • Mentor junior project managers and team members in Agile methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in health technology and Agile practices.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project scopes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in project deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among geographically dispersed teams.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Advocate for the user, ensuring that the product delivers maximum value.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers, vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile project management, preferably in the health technology domain.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Certified SAFe Aglist or equivalent Scaled Agile Certification.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry’s challenges and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle complex projects and multi-task efficiently.
