Key Responsibilities
Compliance to all applicable policies of the organisation not limited to the Supply Chain Policy and Warehouse Procedures.
Procurement Analysis;
- Analyse Procurement data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track Procurement perfomance and provide insights supporting decision Making
Supplier relationship & Perfomance Management;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify supplier needs and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse supplier perfomance metrics.
- Execute supplier pre-qualification duties and ensure compliance with Company and Regulatory requirements.
- Contract Management; Track and monitor contract drafting , expiry and implementation activities
Supply Chain Projects
- Support in identifying and implementing innovation opportunities in the Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with Internal stakeholders and partners to drive and implement the objectives of special projects like Advancing Women Entrepreneurs.
- Analyse data and track progress towards Project goals .
Education
- Bsc in Procurement & Logistics Management, Commerce , Economics or a related field.
- Professional certification like MCIPS, CPA , ACCA is of added advantage.
Work Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analytics & reporting , Source to Contract Management or a related role.
- Practical experience in Project Management.
- Proficiency in data analytics and use of ERP systems and automation tools
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills
Skills / physical competencies:
